I am proud to be entering my 10th year of teaching in the Colonial School District and 8th year at William Penn High School. I have had the pleasure and honor of teaching many different courses. I have enjoyed the opportunity to guide students through those courses during day and night school. I am a member of the staff for the Groves Adult High School program located in Stanton, DE. I am proud to be part of the Colonial Staff and all of the accomplishments that we have achieved.

This website has a proud tradition in honoring classic pieces of American pop culture. The Blues Brothers have been an inspiration and a musical icon that have guided many young people towards one of the finest genres of American music brought to us through film. So this year, we are on a mission from God to celebrate the Blues Brothers and their effect on American Education!

I have had a chance to work with extracurricular activities made available to our student body. I have been working as a volunteer assistant instructor/coach with the WP Marching Band and the WP Lacrosse team over the last six years. To see the level of competitiveness that our students possess and the inherent commitment that our students demonstrate is magnificent. I will continue to work with the Mock Trial team and continue to promote the program to its historically high level of success.

My wife and I are Delaware residents along with our two small children David and Molly. The children are growing in leaps and bounds, and their creativity has reached a new peak. We work with many civic groups in our community. We plan many civic events and work with multiple non-profit organizations, all of which are committed to creating and growing civic involvement from our community young and old.

And I believe the Lord has put me in this position to teach and help build the talents and gifts He has bestowed on our William Penn students.

Finally:
Being a Colonial is not putting on cherry and black and going through motions. It is a hallmark of commitment, dedication and fraternity. Being a Colonial is something you cannot causally shed. Being a Colonial is not some jacket you can just “take off” when things get warm. Being a Colonial is a sense of pride that others do not understand. Being a Colonial means: When others quit, you will continue…. When others complain, you will smile confidently…When others provide excuses, you will make improvements…When you succeed, you know you will have done it the right way…The Colonial Way.
